Have you ever tried watching your favorite cricket or football match muted? You may watch it for some time, but it’ll spoil your mood. The same happens with any esports tournament. Here’s where the commentators or shoutcasters come to the rescue. They fire up the scene and add spice to each moment that counts. So if you think you’re good with interacting with people and camera-conscious isn’t in your dictionary, shoutcasting is the line-of-choice.

3. Event manager

Behind every great student, there is a great teacher. But behind every professional esports athlete, there is a coach. Esports athletes require guidance, mentorship and training to give their level best. Esports coaches help the athletes unlock their true potential and excel in their gameplay. They also analyze the methodologies the opponent uses and develop counter-strategies accordingly.

So these are the seven sages, the seven lines of career you can alternatively pursue when it comes to keeping your love for gaming intact.

Remember that esports isn’t all about that adrenaline rush you witness of other players. It’s still an industry in its infancy and therefore is something more than what meets the eye.
